Our company was acquired by Mr. Franz Kaiser in 1810 and is now run by the 6th generation. At that time, our family also practiced viticulture in addition to the arable land. It was only in 1980 that Anna and Anton Kaiser started to market wine professionally. Our Heuriger opened its doors for the first time in summer 1981. Back then, the Heuriger was still considered a "second pillar", but today it is considered an essential pillar for the continued existence of our company. Hand in hand with the development of our Heuriger, both the menu and the wine range have been continuously expanded.
Quality is our top priority. To ensure the quality and further development of our products, investments are continuously made in new technology but also in further training. The heart of our company is our newly equipped cellar, because careful processing and cleanliness are the credo of the cellar master!
In addition to viticulture, we also run a small farm, so you can also find pigs on our farm, which are kept exclusively on straw! This form of keeping is reflected in the well-being of our animals and forms the cornerstone of our unique meat quality. The animal welfare is checked almost daily by Marlene and Max Kaiser, the youngest in the house!
